don't waste your money or time on this. it is made in shanghai and the warranty is a joke. i got it three weeks ago and the thermostat never worked right on it. the water does not heat up. i would avoid it just for the warranty alone. i am out of [...] bucks now!

I received the Lifesmart Aero Inflatable Spa from Amazon, LLC. After using the spa a few times, the thermostat became defective.

The warranty stated in the manual consists for 3 months, however, only a mailing address to China. Upon investigation Amazon was not able to resolve the warranty issue, nor give contact information for the manufacture (which was who I needed to address my concern with- as stated by Amazon). On the fourth contact with Amazon, they were still not able to provide adequate support for a resolution.

I strong advise you not to purchase this product.

This was our second Lifesmart product. We liked the value and ease of the small sauna we started to give this a serious look. I was a little hesitant about buying a spa for $699. The big spas cost thousands and require so much for installation it was just made no sense to us. When we set the spa up it was just too easy. This spa inflates itself and was ready to be filled in less the 10 minutes. The unit just plugs into a dedicated 110volt plug. I reccomend filling it setting the heat and leave it over night. The next day we tried it for the first time. The bubble jets were just great! It really does soothe your aching muscles and it was just fun for my wife and I to sit and relax. After a 20 minute soak you just cover it and walk away. This was so much easier then a big spa and for the 20 minutes a day of use it is a great deal that anyone can afford!
