It took my wife and I about a half hour to put together an she was using it immediatley. The sound from the speakers was really good with our I pod plugged in. This is a great unit for 1 person which with our conflicting schedule it was all we needed. It's great to work out from home. You do it more and we are saving $90 a month on our health club membership. The big glass door and side windows reall help produce an open feeling and the infared heat feels great before and after my workout. My wife uses it before bed and it reall has helped her sleep.
